Friday, February 19th, 2016

To kick off National Eating Disorders Awareness Week, one of our listeners wanted YOU to hear about her journey into RECOVERY. We encourage you to get involved in your community this week too. You can find more information about events/activities by visiting the NEDA website.

I have to say that every minute of this interview with Jen Picicci was fun for me, you’re going to love her! Such a Dynamic woman! Thanks Jen!

Jen’s Savor Shoutout goes to the straight-talking Isabel Foxen Duke.

Jen also recommended the book Runaway Eating by Cynthia Bulik, PhD.
